How Becoming a Christian Made Me a Better Hoebag

Most people assume that becoming a Christian would make a girl less of a hoe. But for me? Becoming a Christian didn’t make me less of a hoebag.

Most people assume that becoming a Christian would make a girl less of a hoe.

They think faith brings conviction, self-control, and a sudden desire to live a pure and modest life. And for some girls, that’s probably true.

But for me?

Becoming a Christian didn’t make me less of a hoebag.

It made me significantly better at it.

Here’s how.

1.) It Taught Me How to Lie Convincingly

Before I got saved, I was a bad liar. I was sloppy with my stories, inconsistent with my excuses, and terrible at hiding what I was doing.

After I became a Christian, I got good.

I learned how to look people in the eye and talk about “struggling with purity” while I was actively fucking two different guys from the young adults group. I learned how to pray out loud with a straight face after spending the night before on my knees for completely different reasons. I learned how to play the part of the “girl who’s trying.”

Christianity didn’t stop me from being a hoe. It just made me a much more believable one.

2.) It Gave Me Access to Better Men

This one is important.

Before I was a Christian, I mostly attracted regular degenerates. After I started going to church, I suddenly had access to a completely different category of men—the ones who also went to church. The ones who looked respectable. The ones who led small groups and played in the worship band.

These men were often worse than the ones I used to fuck. They just hid it better. And because they were also pretending to be good, they were usually more desperate, more hypocritical, and more willing to do filthy things as long as we both kept up the act.

Becoming a Christian didn’t make me less of a hoebag. It upgraded my roster.

3.) The Guilt Made Everything Hotter

This is the part most people don’t understand.

Before I was a Christian, sex was just sex. It felt good, but it didn’t carry much emotional weight.

After I got saved, every time I did something depraved, it came with a heavy dose of guilt. And instead of that guilt making me stop, it made the experience significantly more intense.

The shame became part of the arousal. The knowledge that I was actively sinning while pretending to be a good Christian girl made everything feel more forbidden, more dangerous, and more addictive.

Christianity didn’t kill my hoe phase.

It turned it into a fetish.

4.) It Taught Me Compartmentalization

One of the most useful skills I developed after becoming a Christian was the ability to completely separate who I was on Sunday from who I was the rest of the week.

I could lead a small group on Tuesday night and then get railed in a hotel room on Friday. I could cry during worship on Sunday morning and then send nudes to three different guys by Sunday night. I became very good at living in two different realities at the same time.

That level of compartmentalization is actually a skill. And Christianity helped me master it.

5.) It Gave Me Better Excuses

This might be the most practical benefit.

Before I was a Christian, when I wanted to cancel plans or disappear for a night, I had to come up with normal excuses. After I got saved, I had an entire spiritual vocabulary at my disposal.

“I’m fasting right now.” “I’m in a season of solitude.” “God’s been putting it on my heart to step back from certain things.” “I’m really trying to focus on my walk with the Lord right now.”

These excuses sound so much more convincing than “I’m busy.” And they almost never get questioned.

Becoming a Christian didn’t make me less of a hoebag. It just gave me much better cover.

Final Truth:

For some girls, becoming a Christian is the beginning of the end of their hoe phase.

For others, it’s just an upgrade.

I didn’t become a better person when I got saved.

I became a much more effective one.

And if I’m being honest, I’m not sure I would’ve been half as good at being a hoebag without the structure, the guilt, the access, and the performance that Christianity gave me.

So no, becoming a Christian didn’t make me less of a hoe.

It made me dangerously good at it.
